This is an immersion in the aspect you chose to work on, based on what we uncovered in our Compass Diagnostic session.
A full day or divided in 2 days only us, diving into the most important topic for you in the moment, hands on.

We meet via Zoom. We define a target and begin our ‘sailing’ we will go as far and as deep as possible. If I see we are moving slow, we can choose to work
broadly and shallow: we implement broadly and you do homework deepening it), OR
narrow and deep: into one single pain point until we make it as good enough as possible for your current goals.

No. This is Co-Active implementation work. We work intensely, either shallow and broad or deep and narrow.

No. You're paying for my time and expertise, in a working session. We will get to the outcome we prepare for.
If you can’t deal with the uncertainty of a working session based on energy, speed and engagement, don't book. If you book, you're committing to the session.

Absolutely not. The Compass MICRO is standalone and tailored. You can continue implementing on your own, hire someone else, book another Compass MICRO in the future, of if you want to know the Compass Framework you bring future-you to me and I can see which of the modelities serve you the most.
I'm not here to convince you. I'm here to serve you the best way I can. What you do with that information is up to you.

Compass Micro (€597 (upgrade) / €797 (full) - 1 day immersion: We build the infrastructure together. For example.: ClickUp, pages, automation, calendar.
Diagnostic = diagnosis.
Micro = treatment.
Other modalities - have founder coaching, leadership planning & development, team delivery, team development, planning goals with OKRs and roadmaps that really work, among other layers
Each layer crafted for different needs and different company sizes.

This works for solo founders and small teams (up to 5 people).

The Compass Framework has several modalities.

Book MICRO Upgrade if:
- You did Compass Diagnostic
- You have clarity on what you want to get done (something I know and did, and you would like to have the same)
- a recurring engagement (monthly retainer) feels too much.
Skip to other Compass Framework modality if:
- You have some expert to build the most important bottleneck for you (IT guy, social media, marketing agency, paid traffic agency)
- You're ready to invest in recurrent work for bigger challenges or having a sounding board
- You have done enough mapping and operations, now it is time to be consistent and deliver.

1) define a smaller target that fits a day.
2) still do #1 above and define what is the next implementation step and when it is needed - you will have to have time to breathe, assimilate and implement further to be able to lead with autonomy and independence
