My path until here

26 years in the corporate world (programmer > system analyst > team lead > scrum master > product owner > agile coach) , post graduated in Project Management, Systemic Therapies, Health Coach and becoming an NLP practitioner.

Self Reflection

In some seasons of life, health and work had the worst out of me. In others, the best.

What made me succeed and decide to be a business woman were my values of seeing my daughter grow without the guilt of being 8-6 in the office, as well as the awareness built over trauma, stress, anxiety and burnout, topped with passion to learn about body inflammation and detoxification.

The way I healed myself and my family deserves to reach as many other families in the world.

Looking ahead

I want to be a role model for my daughter and to many others, that if we combine self awareness with courageous action we can transform anything in our lives; breaking the autopilot cycle of “normal” in our society and being the rare Conscious Outliers that choose the uncommon path to reach uncommon results
