What data I collect and why When you submit an assessment or sign up for my list, I collect your email address and your responses. Legal basis: your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing me or clicking unsubscribe.

When you visit this website, technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is collected automatically via cookies. Legal basis: consent, given via the cookie banner on this site.

Third-party processors I use the following services which may process your data on my behalf:
