I had always wanted to experience family constellation to better understand certain behaviors and repetitive patterns I was unconsciously carrying in my daily life. Mirian was recommended to me by a dear friend, and although I had heard about family constellation before, I had never really looked into what a session would be like.

We know how delicate that territory can be, since it often brings up memories that became wounds, traumas, and sorrows. We went so deeper than I imagined for a Health Coaching. I didn’t even google what was it before, but what we did here was profound. It is not about a nutrition plan or diet, it is about the whole health and addressing what is underneath and/or behind the symptoms we can see. The biggest highlights for me were:

1) the life circle exercise mapping out the different areas to identify weak spots and setting goals for the next 24 hours and after;

2) the planning we did together: your support with the MVP was invaluable;

3) the habit tracker;

4) getting to do one session in person: this one was so powerful.

The visualizations, the partly-solo coffee dates as small personal challenges, the cards, and even the funny moment of ‘the fruit is staring at me’ : everything helped me connect with my emotions and become more aware of my anxiety.

The strategic and integrative work resonated deeply. It added so much value and insight. The reflections from our last session felt very aligned with the previous ones, which gave me a strong sense of continuity and growth.

And I have some news: after one year applying to get an internship, I finally got a contract and will begin next week! Thank you for this space.
