  • you receive your map - Within 24 hours, you get a Google Doc or Miro board with:

    • 1-3 immediate action items

    • Optional roadmap to Compass Micro (if infrastructure build makes sense)

  • you decide

    • Implement on your own, OR book Compass Micro within 30 days and apply the €200 as credit.

  • No. You're paying for my time and expertise, not a guaranteed outcome. If you're unsure whether this is right for you, don't book. If you book, you're committing to the session.

  • Absolutely not. The Diagnostic is standalone. You can implement on your own, hire someone else, or book Compass Micro if it makes sense.

    I'm not here to convince you. I'm here to show you what's breaking. What you do with that information is up to you.

  • Compass Diagnostic (€200, 2h): I map your systems and tell you what to fix.

    Compass Micro (€597-€797, 1 day): I build the infrastructure with you. For example.: ClickUp, pages, automation, calendar.

    Diagnostic = diagnosis.

    Micro = treatment.

    One shows you the problem. The other fixes it.

  • This works for solo founders and small teams (up to 5 people).

    If you're larger or have complex team dynamics, this isn't the right container. Contact me directly and we'll talk about what you actually need.

  • Then you don't need a Diagnostic.

    You need Compass Micro or Clarity Lodge. The Diagnostic is designed to map and recommend in 2 hours.

    If your situation is so complex that we can't map it in 2 hours, you're past the diagnosis phase.

  • You'll get the map and the recommendations. If part of your recommendation is "you need X template" or "set up Y automation," I'll include rough frameworks or links to tools. But this isn't a course. This is a diagnostic. You're paying for my assessment, not a toolkit. If you want me to build the tools with you, that's Compass Micro.

  • Then don't follow them. I'm giving you my professional assessment based on 26 years of building operational systems. You're free to disagree, I am the professional who will not only say what clients want to hear, we will do real work.
